"I have been with State Farm for many years and they have always been great to me and my family. Any concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Any questions I have about my policy are answered proficiently. They have also called/emailed me to let me know about additional discounts I may qualify for. I have never had another insurance company do that. I also would like to commend Sylvia Madrigal on helping me with my latest transaction. She was very knowledge and got my policy change done quickly. I look forward to many more years with the company."

"Wow. Incredible insurance experience. This office, and Kim specifically, have somehow made insurance stuff wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm, and gave concrete examples to explain things when I had a bunch of questions. They have quite a number of customers, and she even remembered my specific situation. When she couldn't help with a third-party issue, she proactively said she would provide feedback on them. Lastly, they also have a very convenient text feature and respond quickly. I'm so, glad I did my research when I needed to leave my prior company."

"Sylvia is amazing. She has been taking care of my claim since the beginning till the end. When my claim got assigned to the claim department, she was the one making the calls to make sure they were following up with me and answering my calls. She always answers phone calls and emails. I have never called and got transferred to voicemails cause she always answers. I wish everyone in State Farm could do their work the way she does."

"My dad always seemed to have a good experience but I’m not sure I ever have. Between the price gouging, the lack of service (the first time I reached out in years I got an auto email redirecting me to reach out to someone else). Then when I submitted a transfer request and let Steve know he berated me and talked to me like I am a child. Insurance agents already do the bare minimum to squeeze every penny out of you they can, so to be insulted by one the first time I ask them to do anything for me beyond accept payment is unacceptable. Would give lower than 1 star if I could."

"Foster, insurance agents have nothing to do with rates. The insurer sets the rates, based off losses paid. I am including exactly what occurred below for anyone to read: You emailed me asking why your Renters policy increased & you received the ServiceTeam email autoreply we created, so customers can email my team directly for faster responses if I am in an apt, on the phone or in the field. This was your reply: "Dude that’s weak as hell that I can’t email my agent. Laziness!! Looking for a new agent now." This was my reply to you 1.5 hours later on Saturday afternoon: "Foster, that is not laziness. That auto-reply you received is a very hard working agent trying to get customer emails responded to as quickly as possible. Today, I receive no less than 250 – 500 emails per day in my main inbox. Anyone can email me & I respond to all of my emails, like right now on Saturday afternoon, as I am still working. However, many emails I receive are for service matters that default to me, being the agent. For this reason, I set up a ServiceTeam email for customers to get faster responses. Your email is a service question, exactly what I am talking about & one of my team could easily address it. You do not need me to explain inflation, crazy Texas weather, material & labor price spikes to you, which have greatly increased insurance rates for every Texan. Your Renters policy might have increased as we never added a Car to the bundle. You might have had a Multi-Line discount before that fell off without the Car now? 2023 was a 'hail' of a year in Texas | kvue.com (hyperlink not showing) My agency & I have worked very hard for many years to provide solid service to your entire family. I am sorry you feel differently. Your email is not appropriate, ~ Steve" I hope this makes you feel better now. And yes, this is me responding to your Google Review on Sunday, 2 hours after you posted. "

"Steve and Liz are on top of everything! From knowing when all of our policies expire to requoting the renewals to ensuring we have what we need, that is just the beginning. On top of that, they work around the clock! I had to tell Liz multiple times to enjoy her weekend or weeknight instead of working on things for us.
